Oyo Rooms — refund not credited yet

My booking id xjuw5174, and a refund of 40% amount of total booking cost was committed on 24 july, 19 via email (Attached), only inr 500 processed, waiting for 1100 inr more. Already sent many tweets and emails but no response. Tried calling at cc but executive put calls on long hold n never come back.
Such a pathetic services oyo customer care provide us.
