[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — refund not given for 2 months

For the previous 2 months i have been given a reason and not given my money. My booking id is ryfo7236 and i was not given a room after making my payment. And till date i haven’t recieved my money. I have even raised a complaint in consumer forum with docket id 916098. And every time i call the operator tells me it will take 7-14 working days. Let me know by when i would get my money back.

Your refund team is providing me a utr number which is not even associated with my bank so am unable to track the transaction
