This is regarding the booking ID: JZI23913
The payment of Rs 5373 was made via UPI method. However even after cancellation I have not received the amount credited to my account yet.
Till date whenever I have made any cancellation to bookings which have been made via UPI it has been immediately credited back to my account in no time. However This time my money is stuck even though I have cancelled within the OYO policy. I am a regular user of OYO and this kind of transaction is not accepted.
I want my refund immediately. The cancellation was made as per OYO policy and the payment was done via UPI. Ideally the money should have been credited to my account by now. Till date I have never faced such issues. Please respond immediately and credit back my amount. I want the transaction ID and Reference number of my refund.
