[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund not happening nor is status being provided

I had a booking LAZR8532 which I cancelled it few days ago and have been calling the customer care atleast a 100 times, but the ask me to go to IVR option 2 and the option2 in IVR gives me wrong info about the booking ID and then customer care says the refund is initiated but it has never reached my account. can you please check this ASAP??

Updated by Ankush Joshi I cannot believe these OYO ###... since 15 days I am calling them again and again and they just say they are refunding and call never connects to the concerned person...I dont know where else to go to get this refund.
