Ut they tlod us their managers were too busy to take calls so they would call back in few time this happened to us 10 12 times.
After 10.30 the captain came and told us that he will tell the company to refund us one day stay 4000+rs which was still lesser then the amount and things we lost. He told he will try to give us the best.
After that we left the villa by 1pm.
There was no update from oyo side regarding the refund untill a week later i called to find out that they would not refund 4000rs and only 35% of the booking amount 2828rs which half the cash i lost.
Today it is 14June i haven't received any money from the company.
I booked my villa for 15May to 17May the robbery took place on 17may after 2.45am.
They have a CCTV footage also.
By talking to the company again they say the amount was initiated on 13/06/2019.
The issue is not solved after one month also.
