I had booked a room on 13th Aug 2022 and paid full amount in advance. When i reached the property OYO 39387 Ammayii Hotel Resorts late evening same day 13th with my family and kids to my surprise and shock hotel staff didn't give us rooms . I spoke to hotel staff and explained the situation but still he said he has not received the money yet from OYO so rooms are not available. I was in middle of the road unknown terrain with kids and no where to go.
I called OYO customer care and scolded them but they didn't find alternate room in that area. They said very rudely that they will refund the amount and you can go.
Now after 2 months when I check my bank statement the amount is not refunded. When i mailed them they are asking me to show cashback information. IF OYO dont initiate cashback how will a customer can view and send it ?
OYO guys are so rude and fraud they don't know how to speak with the customer. Customer care guys are not responding my calls Was this information helpful? |
