I uday joshi booked hotel in agra via oyo on 9th jiulu 2019 for 2 days, 21st july to 23rd july. Booking id was mlyp6849. I paid rs1587 via card. When i reached hotel on 21st in the morning at 6:30am, they told check-in time is after 12pm. I cam after 12pm then they told we don't accept oyo booking and can not give room and asked me to talk with oyo. Now my question is why customer has to suffer when there is issue between hotel and oyo. Why hotels are shown in the oyo website who does not accept booking done via oyo. Then i call oyo cust care, they booked another hotel laxman resort (Oyo22293) with booking id ghxw5806. Again i paid cash on reception rs 1927/. I just got msg that my previous booking is cancelled as i did not check-in??. No msg about refund of rs 1587/-. Only verbel intimation that we will do the needful... But when... Requesting you to please refund the amount against my booking mlyp6849.
