[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund not initiated for my booking where hotel refused to give me room

I booked OYO 80879 Townhouse on 24th June 2022 for a guest and for a night and paid in advance
Booking ID - NQTJ6954
Check in date - 25 June 2022
Check out date - 26 June 2022

But when i called the hotel manager, he refused to give me room and said we don't take booking from OYO so i tried calling OYO customer care for the issue and to get the refund but the OYO customer care number says all lines are busy call again later and I am not able to contact OYO in any way for my booking's refund.

Need help.
