I had booked the rooms by payment of advance rs.3088. However, before the date of booking the oyo has cancelled my booking stating that their is an issue in the property and your booking is cancelled. In this date of booking on 25th december 2019, till date i have not received any refund, they are not providing any transaction details only stating that the amount is refunded.
