My booking reference id szou8602.
My booking was from 2nd nov to 5 th nov 2018,
Due to flight delay, i was not able to call the oyo for confirmation.
I didnot get any call from hotel nor oyo. But suddenly on 3rd nov. That my booking got cancelled. And spoke to the customer care as my booking was prepaid and you cant cancel the same. After long discussions and called many times, customer care agreed for refund within 7-14 days.
I got a message on 6 nov that refund got initiated of rs 599 instead of rs 3201 i have paid for booking.
I called 2-3 times customer care but no resolution. And once customer care put me on hold for long and inspite of me saying hello hello so many times noone respond also. After so long i cut the call.
