This is regarding my booking as attached (Booking Id : X3HG2026),
I have booked a hotel through OYO on 9th Dec and got booking confirmation based on the advance payment Rs.224 requested by OYO
But booking got cancelled from OYO side due to unavailability of rooms at the hotel at the last moment while reaching, and after continuous followup, OYO had arranged another hotel, also I was informed that refund will be initiated for the advance payment (Rs.224/-) which was paid for the cancelled hotel.
But still I haven't received my refund, they are not answering to my mails and calls.

I have also raised a complaint on this platform. Please give me the refund amount immediately. I have been calling your support center multiple times and now I cant even reach the refund team call center anymore.
