Hi,
I made a booking (H3VO6310) using the OYO app. The booking was for initially 3rd-9th March 2023, however due to personal reasons I had to check out on 4th March itself. Per my discussion with the Customer support team, they told me that they will deduct 1 night fee as penalty and will refund the rest of the amount, but till date I haven't got my refund.
Total Amount paid - Rs. 7909
Amount per Night - 1318
After deducting amount for 2 nights (3-4th March), the balance amount to be refunded was Rs. 5273.
