I have booked the room at 8.57am on 26.08.2021. I was get delayed of office time 10.00am. So, I just called and asked about the hotel address not recieved yet. The lady said, It will be Recieved via GMAIL also Whatsapp in few minutes. I awaited Arround 20 minutes for the response, no response from them. Due to delaying of my office, I canceled it Arround 9.19am (26.08.2021) via IVR. While, I am booking they don't even say a single word about the Policy. After the Day, I called them regarding this refund issue. At the time they strongly says after 9.00am cancellation refund not possible like they have said also they were changes the word one person to another, like Booking lady said I will receive a details in few minutes, and service department says it i'll take 1 hour to receive the confirmation, also they said I have received the confirmation already but the thing I didn't recieve any of that. I asked them why don't you say about the policy while booking. They don't have answer for it, they again and again says there is policy, policy. I spent only 20 minutes between booking and cancellation, they don't want that reason they are saying only there is a policy, . Even Bus ticket booking cancellation also have some time for cancellation and refunding policy. The only thing is, they aware how to gullible the amount from customers and they don't need any customer satisfaction and they want only money. It is my first time with OYO, They totoured Best story for me about OYO. I have lost 799 rupees on this booking. My dispointment, Is they didnt even refund least amount atleast.
