My booking ID: MGJK9256 booked for[protected] to[protected] and checked in as per the date. During my stay I forced to vacate the room with no reason. When I approached customer care they said that they will refund the amount within 14 working days (in email[protected], but after 14 days till to date[protected] no response for refund.
When I am calling to customer ([protected]), they put my call on hold for half an hour saying that they were transferring call to service department. Never I reached the service department, actually that option is not at all there in OYO.
When I am sending number of mail to OYO help, corporate and booking OYO no response.
