I was denied checkin from the hotel side because o[censored]navailability of room, it was a prepaid booking still i dint get a room now its been a month since i have applied for a refund, have called oyo support like 30 times and still struggling for my refund.
Very poor customer support, lame commitments, false promises, want my money with a penalty. Was this information helpful? |
