I have two booking ID's where the bookings were not accepted by the hotel staff so when I called customer care they tried to shift me but then coudnt so they promised me a refund of the payment I had made upon sharing my bank details to initiate the refund. I was promised a refund within 7-14 working days and today it has been 30 days. Contacting customer care is useless as they say they will check and put me on hold and disconnect. I have tried 11 times in a day and the same thing happens.

I am attaching the screenshots of the email I got, the number of times I tried to contact customer service as well. I will also file an official complaint with the district forum in case I do not get a resolution .
