Oyo Rooms — Refund not received after cancellation even after 3 weeks

I had cancelled a booking that I made via the Oyo app. The booking was cancelled well before the free cancellation period. I was supposed to recieve the refund 7-14 days after cancellation. Its been more than two weeks and I haven't recieved my refund. I have called and requested for the refund at the OYO customer care several times and they always either keep me on hold and then cut the call or tell me that it is still being processed. I would request Oyo to look into this and process the refund ASAP
