I had cancelled a booking on 31st August as they updated my booking with another hotel (Hotel Ashoka International) without my concern. I have been told that they had initiated refund and it will reflect in my account in 7 to 14 days. Now, the 14 days period is over and i didn't recieved the refund. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.
