I'm really sorry to say that OYO ROOMS CUSTOMER CARE is really dissatisfying. I have raised my problem through chat, call and email countless number of times and they are still not resolving my issue. It's really disappointing. It's past the 48 hours which they asked me to wait and they'll resolve the problem. It's past 3 days. Still no updates. Really disappointing. Please give my money back OYO !
