I was supposed to be given refund of INR 1330.36 on May 25 as agreed by the customer care representative over a recorded call. However, I still haven't the received the money till date (July 11). Despite countless emails and social media escalations, I am just being told that the refund has been initiated and to wait. They are not even providing the transaction reference number. This is completely unacceptable. I have tagged Ritesh Agarwal, their CEO, however it's like screaming in front of a deaf audience.
I just know one thing: I am not going to sit quiet till I get my money back. If needed, I will take legal actions. Was this information helpful? |
