[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund not received beyond 14 days

I booked OYO 40319 Hotel harsha International from 14th June 2019 to 16th june 2019 for my sister and her husband and kid.
They couldnt make it so i had to cancel it. First their app was not accepting cancellation again and again and when they finally did they deducted charges for 1 night. Moreover they didnt even refund me anything as date. their policy of refund is maximum 14 days. I called their customer care number and asked them to issue me a complete refund and they agreed to refund the balance amount as well. But till date i havent received a single penny and whenever i call them to ask for refund status they say it will take another 2 days and so... they are just bluffing and keeping the money
