Dear Sir/Mam This is to inform you that even after calling and informing the customer care, I have not received the refund for the advance amount I deposited on account of booking a room earlier on 16th Oct'21. I'm not sure whether you dialed my number at all as hundreds of calls keep coming on the number.
I have email my secondary number
And what is there to discuss just send me my refund otherwise, I have to complain further
