Dear Sir/Mam
This is to inform you that even after calling and informing the customer care, I have not received the refund for the advance amount I deposited on account of booking a room earlier on 16th Oct'21. Hotel was not as per the pictures and unprofessional in dealing.

I'M IN GOOD NEWROKD AREA AND receiving so many calls. Try again at same number or email me.

I'm not sure whether you dialed my number at all as hundreds of calls keep coming on the number.

And what is there to discuss just send me my refund otherwise, I have to complain further
