I have a refund for my booking ID GPKE8659, which was initiated on September 24th. I have not yet received the refund. It's been around a month since the refund has been initiated. Each time I call customer care they offer me a call back and I never get the call back. I feel cheated by this attitude from OYO.
I have been assured a refund before making payment at the hotel and now OYO is not responding to my emails. I really feel mistreated by this attitude of giving me no response after taking my money.
