I had cancelled a booking on 14th Nov (Booking ID: QUMU6301) but its refund amount of 2813 has not been refunded yet. I paid it using Google pay.
I raised this issue multiple times with Oyo service /customer care executives and till now no resolution to that. Ticket [protected] and Ticket ID: [protected].
On calling the helpdesk multiple times no help is received for refund. Only person who picks up the call is for booking and they say that its not their area and they will transfer it but even on transferring no one picks up the call and then i had to keep entering my mobile number and booking id digits multiple times with no avail. I have the recordings for the same.
I have also shared my bank statement and Oyo app screenshot to confirm that I have not received the money and even offered to give my bank details - IFSC code and account number if payment via google pay is not going through but no response from them.

Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
