Hi As already informed by the call immeidately that we have not done any early checknin the oyo room persons fruadently entered as early check for booking id miqv1792, which is their mistake and we have requested the customer care person to cancel and refund but he did not listen to our request. You yourself has entered as early check in and we have not done any check in and not used any service of that hotel. We have filled a complaint in the consumer forum of the fraud act by oyo.
