While booking the hotel room, I selected breakfast option which was available, but after reaching the hotel, I was denied breakfast saying we don't have an in-house kitchen, and you have to pay extra for breakfast.
The hotel manager told us to contact Oyo to get a refund.
I tried to contact Oyo, and after several calls, they said the refund of 4500 rupees has been initiated, and will be processed within 7- 14 business days. But after waiting for an entire month, we did not get the money back.
Then after repeatedly trying to contact Oyo, they said that there were some technical errors on their end, and the refund was not processed. Then they initiated the refund again, and as usual, it is has been more than 7- 14 business days. I would really like the money that Oyo stole from me back as early as possible. I've also attached a screenshot from a previous email where it is mentioned that the refund process was initiated. Kindly advise me on how I can get back the money that Oyo stole from me.
I have tried to contact Oyo several times, even at the front desk. However, after hearing my concern about Oyo scamming me out of my refund, the front desk puts me on hold for a suspiciously long period of time with the excuse that they are checking something, and after a while, the call just fails automatically.
I genuinely do not know what to do now.
