Oyo Rooms — refund not received for the booking I'd A1LS7611. I made a booking from Oyo rooms and mistakenly entered the wrong day. So I cancelled it and Oyo team sent a message that the refund will be recieved in 7-14 days. But these people are untrustworthy and their customer care sends fake details that refund has been initiated and fool you that it's the bank's fault. I want my money back, Plain and simple. Don't pay on the Oyo app guys these people will make you fool for your own money. Give me my money back or I'm filing a civil lawsuit. I'm fed up of your malpractice.
