I booked an OYO room with booking I'd FIAF3045 on 24.07.2022, the owner didn't let me check in as they double ammount to check in
As I tried to reach OYO customer care they force to cancle order and try other booking and refund will proceed with in 14 days after cancelation. At the end booking cancle by oyo and didn't refund yet when I call to oyo customer support to resolved my problem they delayed the process and gave no clarity about it.
So I didn't get any refund yet. Till 11.09.22 approx 1.5 month from the cancelation of booking
I believe OYO is making fraud by not enlisting hotels which they had no ties with.
Please everyone don't book any hotel through oyo.
Refund status showing success but didn't credit in my account.
