[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund not received from oyo | |
I had made a booking under oyo rooms, Booking Reference No : WGSA8476 l which got cancelled cause the resort terminated the contract with OYO. Since it was no fault of mine OYO had to refund the amount back which they said that they would into refund into two parts within 7-14 working days. It's been more than 20 days I have haven't received the full amount. I have received only one half and I am yet to receive the other half. Every time I contact them they tell me to contact my bank which has no part to play. I have even sent them proof of my statement that I have received only one part of the payment. They provided me some RRN number which I provided to my bank and they said that they can't do anything with it. I have contacted them more than 10 times but every time they said that it's been settled on their end, my question is if it is why is it that I have received only one half of the amount and I haven't received the other half ?
