[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund not received in bank account | |
Oyo rooms name: oyo 6801 hotel shri sai international Booking id: ceyb0982 Checkin denied by hotel Continoulsy following up with oyo since 19/07/2019 over call email. As per oyo, they have issued the refund of amount inr 828 to bank account. But the same has not been credited back to my account Bank has no info about incoming transaction and asked me to check with oyo. Thinking of filing a case in consumer court now..!
