It's going to be a month since I have not received my refund. No support from customer care. There were two refunds as promised, one I received. One is still pending. What should I do so that I get my refund back? No email reply from customer support. No call support. 30 mins I keep the call on hold until it gets disconnected. There were two refunds 2895 and 3015. Rs2985 has been received and Rs3015 is pending Both were initiated on the same day yet I have not received it
