[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund not received till now more than 14 days

I have booked a hotel on Oyo rooms on 21 Sep 2022 and cancelled on same day.The customer care told refund will be initiated within 14 days but I have not received the amount till now.It is also not visible in my bookings option.
