Oyo Rooms — Refund not received to my bank account

I made a booking in the name of sanjana in OYO Capital O [protected]@silicon Valley and I cancelled it because of my some personal issues, and the refund is not yet credited to my back account, I have been calling in customer care number and also putting my call on hold, I would really appreciate if the amount is transferred to my back account immediately... booking id T9KM7474
