Oyo Rooms — Refund not received to Original Source Account for Booking ID # XTWU5666 and RSUA5838

Hi Team,

The above subjected booking were cancelled on 5th Nov'22 and till date I have not received the credit to my original source account.

Please find Ticket # which Were raised and I was always assured by your team and your Supervisor (Sangeeta, Anuj and Daler Singh) that it will come to your source account in 24 to 48 hrs.

Above are all Ticket # which were raised by your team but till date no solution has come out.

The money is reflecting in OYO Rupee ₹13564.00 - I don't need this money there, I want this money back to my source account

This has been going on for a month now, I need a resolution on this matter ASAP or else I will move to the next level - that is to the consumer court
