Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked a hotel for 1 night stay (08/07/22 to 09/07/22) through oyo app against Booking ID - Z2UI8956 Oyo Townhouse 071 Brookefield dated 30.06.2022 and paid the full amount Rs.2347 through UPI (google pay). But due to an emergency, I had to cancel my booking.
The cancellation was within the time period allotted by OYO and on the app it shows that the amount has been refunded but I still have not received any amount in my bank account.
From that day I’m calling custumer care and there is no proper response. They keep on hold and disconnect the call.
If this is the kind of service provided by the OYO, i'll probably not book from OYO ever again however cheap is your pricing.
So kindly look into the issue and do the needful ASAP and this was my first pathetic service and very much disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
I have called oyo customer service, and they are not giving any satisfactory reply.
Is this the kind of service that is provided by the company?
