Dear sir, What is the refund status of my booking id mzds2643 dated[protected] allahabad city which was cancelled before checkin and your team booked new booking with id wcxe1853. I have written mails also and number of calls on customer care number but nothing happened. First you told me that it will take 14 days but already passed 19 days ... No company can grow with such bad practice. This should be reported to your Founder Ritesh Agarwal.
