I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 1st March 2022 with the transaction amount of Rs.5742(from google pay). I cancelled the booking on the same
date (1st March) due to the fact the hotel charged me extra money and caused some trouble with the room. After talking with the executives, a refund of full amount has been iniated. However, it has been more that 14 working days since oyo is
telling me that they have initiated the refund and
that i will receive the amount within 14 working
days.
I called the oyo customer care and they simply cut the call or put me on hold for hours after telling me they will connect me with the service team. Nothing has been resolved. Was this information helpful? |
