[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund not reflected in my account

I had to cancel a booking due to certain reasons and it was within oyo’s refund policy. The refund status is showing confirm, but it is not reflecting in my account.

The booking id is WK3M1340

Kindly look into this and provide resolution

Updated by Utksriv I aksed customer care for a transaction reference number, and they provided me with the transaction id of my payment to oyo, and not the refund
