I have done pre booking on OYO for the dates Oct 5th and 6th Oct. But at the time of check-in receiptionist rejected the check-in. On Oct 5th OYO CANCELLED THE booking but till now they haven't proceessed my refund amount. They are doing so much drama. Had follow-ups multiple times via emails and phone calls but no luck still.. they are very impolite and irresponsible. They are getting paid by doing these kind of not proceessed refunds of the customers. Tweeted in twitter also. Without any action created on the refund, everytime when i reached out to them they are saying wait 7 to 14 working days. Till also they replied the same. Kindly take a serious action on OYO SERVICES, I wasted so much if my time to talk to them but haven't recieved my refund
