I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 29 april 2022with transaction amount of 107 via gpay app but when i reach the hotel, the hotel refused my entry so I cancelled the booking since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund . Then whenever u try to contact Oyo customer support they didn't respond...
