My booking id wmpq7813.
Sequence of the events.
1) i booked 1 day (27th feb to 28th feb) hotel in allahabad hotel (Oyo 12244 hotel jk palace).
2) i got the call from oyo customer services & due to some reasons my booking is updated (Oyo 8178 hotel saket) which i need to cancel due to some personal reason, i have also cancelled my booking through oyo app 30 hours prior to check in.
3) i have waited for 10-12 days but no refund is initiated.
4) now when i contacted oyo customer care regarding my refund, they replied they have initiated again kindly wait for 7 to 14 working days.
5) from that i keep chasing your pathetic customer service team, whenever i call them they put my call on hold, tell me that they will call you back after 2 hours and no call from their side. I have all the recordings with me.
6) they put my call on hold and then they disconnect i've tried contacting them 20–30 times.
7) 3 months have been passed away, but i haven’t received any update on my refund, so i kept calling your customer support call center for asking about the status of my refund., they keep saying due to some technical issue refund got declined so we have initiated again kindly wait for 7 to 14 working days attaching the mails for the same.
