I request you to pls refund Rs.599 + Rs 599 back to me as the online booking made on 28th Nov 2021 from my side through mobile number xxxxxxxxxx, booking ID's YSQC0644, B35L1547 for 2 rooms. Also, I want to bring to your notice that the reason for not checking in the hotel was that the hotel rooms were very dirty, some unwanted things like alcohol bottles were lying in the bathroom and the photos shown for the property on google was not matching with the actual one. Before booking the room I asked the person from your side that please assure me that the property is suitable and good for family stay and I will not face any issues as I had my parents and a 7 months old baby with me, he assured me and said you will not come back and complaint for the same sir. Trusting him and believing that the hotel would be good according to the google reviews and photos I went ahead and booked the rooms by paying online immediately for 1198/- (599/- each for 2 rooms). I called OYO customer care on the same night and the person said that your booking has been cancelled and you will get your refund in your account.
From last 2 days I've been trying to reach you people, call goes on hold for 15 mins and gets disconnected, you people are not even entertaining and that too when the customer is not at fault. Your service department is not getting connected when I dial [protected] and then press 2 due to which no one is able to help me with anything.
It is highly disappointing from your side that you make fool of your customers and believe in just earning money and not the good will. Your positive response would be highly appreciated!!! Was this information helpful? |
