Sir,
I booked two deluxe rooms at oyo 30100 lucky guest house 15/7/2019 to 17/7/2019, amritsar with total amount rs 3486. On day before i received one phone call from you and requested me to cancel or pay more for the booking as the hotel authority complained you that they can’t accept such amount for two deluxe rooms. I had no other way on that day as i was roming in delhi for site seen but to pay again rs 4495 which against two classic rooms only. You took the opportunity of my helpless situation and booked two classic rooms instead of two deluxe rooms which were much more than amount of two deluxe rooms.
I therefore request you to refund the amount of rs 3486 of previous booking and difference of amount which you have unfairly billed against two classic rooms which is much more than that of two deluxe rooms at the earliest before sending the matter to higher authority.

It is my humble request that before booking please settle your matter in between you and your authorized hotels so that customer can avoid such harassment.
