I booked a hotel in hotel toto international on 28th june till 30th june.. The pictures showing in the oyo app was completely different from the reality. I paid for it already online. When i went there the property was in a backward area. Moreover the hotel was very bad. I said i dont like the hotel, hotel staff said talk to oyo. When i taked to them they said u can leave the property, we will book another oyo, as nd pay there, and this amount will be refunded 100%, its all recorded on their line. Since morning i have called them so many times and they are not refunding my amount. They said will refund complete amount. It was not my fault that they clicked on check-in and then i hardly stayed there for 1 hour.
Please help me to refund the amount. Rs. 3695. They are doing fraud. They dont have efficient representatives for call handling. I paid another hotel as well and didnt get the refund for the hotel toto.. Booking id - jwef1520
