Hi, i booked 1 night stay in oyo laxmi resort, puri and paid the amount..due to ill health, i tried to cancel the booking prior to 24 hours, but i got error message while providing OTP. I tried several times to cancel but same error came as a result i could not cancel.. later when i spoke to hotel team, they said no refund would be there..if there is some site issue due to which it's not allowing me to cancel, it's not my fault.. it's your technical fault.i am highly unhappy with this and i want my refund as i have tried to cancel 24 hours prior my booking date as per policy..i need my refund or else i would escalate this matter to social media Was this information helpful? |
