I had booked two Oyo room in silverkey executive stays 19650 huda star mall for 4 guests. When we reach our hotel destination we entered in hotel and we get know that this hotel have not any rooms left as we already made a booking they said talk to customer care than i called customer executive of oyo they said i am cancelling your booking then the refund will be transfer in your bank in 7-14 days i said okay. This booking was made on 29 june 2022. And today is 19 july 2022 i have not get any single rupees of refund from oyo whenever i call oyo customer care they say we have already refunded your amount it will be issue in your bank account i talked to bank person too they said its not an issue with your bank. What will i do I'll file a complaint for sure.. Oyo is not giving me my money back in oyo app its saying we have partially initiated but i have not get any single rupee in my bank.. The amount of two rooms were 1631 rupees. Its not a small amount for me. Just do it asap i have called oyo almost 10-15 times in this month. Issue is same status is same nothing changed. My booking ID- JFJC0358.
