Due to terrif issue Oyo initiated my Remaining amount ie 1300 i have waited 15 days still I haven't received my refund yet
Yesterday I called many times to oyo customer service and all the representatives disconnected my calls.
I'm waiting for the resolution.

    On July 6, 2022, I booked a room (Classic X 1) through OYO app in OYO 8812 White Palace and Resort, New Alipore for two days (July 6-July 7) for two persons (Booking ID: GKVH7269). I paid Rs. 1008 via UPI transaction. A few minutes after the booking was confirmed, I got a call from the hotel and they told me that they can't allow me to check in unless I pay an extra amount. I tried to convince them that I have already made the payment through the app and requested them to allow me to check-in. But they hanged up the call in between conversations. I tried to call them repeatedly but they didn’t respond. Since I was already in Kolkata after a long journey and was carrying a lot of luggage with me, I was desperately in need of a room. So I immediately canceled the booking through the OYO app expecting to get a full refund and started looking for other options. But I was shocked to see that they were willing to give a refund of only Rs. 300 (against Rs. 1008 paid). I haven't even recieved this amount yet. At no point during the process of cancellation was it mentioned that they will only refund Rs. 300. I called OYO customer care to raise the issue but their customer service was extremely poor. Some of the customer care executives asked me to stay on the call while they resolve the issue, only to hang up the call after 10-15 minutes. Some of them said that they will transfer the call to the "Service section" executive and I was directed by an automated voice to press some numbers but noone picked up the call. I made around 16 calls on the same day, patiently explaining the issue to 16 different customer care executives but none of them were able to resolve the issue but instead hanged up the call or kept me waiting for 10-15 minutes. I even asked them to connect to a senior officer who can resolve the issue but they weren’t able to do that either. I called them again in the following days but my effort was futile again. I wasn’t able to follow up with the complaint in the following days as I was traveling. I am registering this complaint with the request to provide me full refund as soon as possible. I also feel OYO rooms are deliberately exploiting the customers by not responding to their queries and complaints. This is extremely unfortunate.

      I have booked a deluxe room 2 guests in hotel bkc mannat O 863933 mumbai with booking id when my friend entered to hotel the manager said we dont have deluxe room as of now and they shifted him to very small room which is having one bed…and after sometime i came to checkin and when i asked about booking they said they don’t have tieup with oyo. I was literally shocked and when asked how did you allowed my friend to checkin then they send me to small room wher my freaking is residing. I was shocked. when i called to customer support they said they will talk to manager or owner where they endup doing nothing and talked to me saying manger is not lifting call owner is not in hotel he will resolve when he come back but manager said in my face even owner won’t resolve. So when i ask him alternate options he simply said he will shift me to some cheap hotel which is 5 km away from my desired location i have booked this hotel for 1800 per day after applying offer. But the hotel he wants to shift is 600/per day after applying offer which is OYO 4769 blue pearl hotel and they also said they cannot give any refund even after i shift to 1800 hotel. And if i cancel this hotel checkin they said they will not refund full amount..and asked to stay on hold to speak with other blue pearl hotel guys and said they are also not reachable. And gave me no other option and told me stay in same hotel they will refund 20% gratitude amount they have many hotels showing online but they said shifting is different from booking new hotel..they can’t do anything about it and left me and my friend here hopelessly in this room..i need full refund and good hotel room as compensation…

        This is Aditya Das from Dhanbad JHARKHAND. On June 29th 2022 I had made a booking on Oyo Hotel Divira inn 67305, because of some serious issues while checking in I canceled my booking and claimed for the refund and the statement that I got from the oyo side that you will get your refund under 14 working days but today the date is July 19th 2022 and still I haven't got any kind of mail or sms regarding the refund
        I have tried my all efforts trying to contact the customer support team but get nothing in return. I have done every possible effort that a normal person can do.
        So finally here is my booking details

There team responded and send me a mail on 26 jun regarding the refund saying that it will be credited withing 7 to 14 days and today is 19th of july . Are you guys sleeping or what if you dont know how to handle a company please shut it down . You guys are literally slower than the sbi services .

            Townhouse oak hotel shubhangan khar mumbai denied my check in after successfully confirmed my booking through OYO App.

            First they denied my check-in and after that its shown check-out in the oyo app. Its a clear fraud . I want my refund instantly please.

              I paid rupees 1684 for oyo hotels using olamoney. The payment was done successfully and myoney was deducted but it is not being reflected on the oyo. So, I had to pay the whole amount again in the hotel for booking confirmation. I attached the receipt of the amount down below. Please refund me the amount asap.

                I have request for a refund.

                I am in a hotel stay. I have done my booking through OYO mobile app. During mid-stay, I requested for refund and checkout my hotel. The OYO customer executives provided a form to fill all my details for refund. I have sent the email and the OYO executives said they will be refunding my amount in 7-14 working days. They have not and they are not responding to my mails....

                  I haven't received my refund for a total of 7 bookings ( around INR 7.9K) and it's been more than 20 days now. I am trying to get help from their number [protected] for 3 days now but not even a single person has helped me. All they do is put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then disconnect the call like they get some bonus for long-duration calls. I have also mailed like 20 times but not even a single reply. I even have a recording of an agent who put me on hold saying he is gathering info on my booking but he forgot to mute his mic and I have recorded all his gibberish, he was literally abusing his company and his manager.

                    I had booked an online oyo room in yuvraj hotel 72466 in shivpuri with advance online payment during check in hotel manager denied check in for online bookings then I called oyo they suggest me to cancel booking and book offline room which we cost 3 times of online booking and this hotel is 8 km away from city and no optional accommodation there so we have to pay 1800 here and got wasted my 2 hours precious time

                        Dear oyo,
                        I booked a oyo room on 14th july for 15th - 16th july 2022, booking id J85M1837. I cancelled it on morning of 15th july 2022 at 9.30 am as my covid test results came positive. After cancelling the chat support showed my entire amount is not refundable as i cancelled half hour late. I kindly request you to process my refund as soon as possible and i also tried to talk to customer care since 15th july but there was no response. I kindly request you to process my refund as soon as possible.

                          I booked a hotel near kacheguda railway sation..I paid the full amount of 1210 that means inr 854 through my bank and inr 356 through Oyo money, ..they are saying that refund is completed but I didnt received any of the amount..why are they cheating customers and making money..its better to beg from outside the public and make money not like this..ritesh agarwal is making money like this by cheating customers and all shame on you guys Oyo team😑

                            i have booked Oyo room from 28th June to 3rd July, 2022.so after checked in to the said residency the property owner said that the tariff was incorrect shown to us due to technical glitches of Oyo.I have to pay 1000 Rs extra at the time of check out.200 rs per day extra for 5 days.And i have called Oyo customer care at that time they have asked me to check in by paying full amount for the day as i have already paid advance amount n after that I did not like the room at all .so on the next day i have checked out.oyo promised me to refund the rest of the paid amount for the 4 days.multille times cled.raised request .and all.issue I'd received.invoice recieved after check out but payment not received yet.npt even initiated.such harrasment.

                              I booked an Oyo ( details. - booking id - HKR75850 hotel name - Panchvati Residency paid INR 1087 ) through an agent & paid online. When i reached the location the hotel denied us the booking & told us to contact oyo for a resolution or refund. We contacted Oyo then where another agent told us that we will get a refund for this one as he will cancel the booking & he helped us with booking another one for which we paid 1654 INR ( details - Lalsai residency, Booking ID - Z5GH7869 )

                              When we reached this new booked hotel, the same thing happened with us and the hotel denied us the booking & told us to contact OYO for resolution. No the situation is we have paid INR 2741 to OYO for advance booking for which the booking desk were hyperactive in sending payment links & when we tried to contact OYO for refund or the issue with hotel, there is no one picking our calls from the last three hours we are standing on a road with luggage.

                              We were denied checkin because the hotel owners didn't get any booking & we are not able to contact any human at OYO for solving this issue and atleast provide us our money back.

                                I had one booking for that i had already paid online while booking, after reaching hotel they charged extra for room and after check out they charged for breakfast but in my booking breakfast was complementary.
                                i mailed the same thing to Oyo with payment proof after that they crossed verified the same many times after that the decided to refund my extra money which had been charged by hotel in wrong way. They said the amount will be sent within 7 to 14 days in your bank account. today is 17th day and they are not responding my mails and calls as well.

                                  I cancelled my booking with oyo rooms and have a refund pending in the amount of rs 1106/-

                                  The status on oyo says that the refund is successful but i haven’t received any money in my bank account. Tried calling their customer service but the ivr machine simply hangs up after saying your refund is complete.

                                    booked and paid online for the stay at collection O compact green view but was denied check in saying that they no longer accept payment via OYO as online booking is cheaper and isn't profitable to them. They denied giving the room even though I had paid at the time of booking only and no such thing was mentioned then. The manager instead of being helping, talked inappropriately with us. I thereby request you to kindly refund me my amount as there was no fault of mine in between the misunderstanding of Hotel and OYO.

                                      Address: Townhouse 715 Hotel DJ Grand in Tirupati

                                      I have done a room booking through Booking.com via Confirmation no. [protected]. I am really shocked to see your mail dated 13th July to my mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com that you have sent a request for rating my stay at Townhouse 715 Hotel DJ Grand in Tirupati where I have not stayed. But I have paid 50% advance i.e. Rs.4, 118/- on 5th July through my HDFC credit card for two rooms for two days (i.e. from 8th July to 10th July). As I got a mail from Booking.com on 25th June that the booking will be confirmed if I pay part 50% or full 100% payment before reaching at hotel, so I paid 50% payment. I tried to contact many times to the property, but all in vain. Finally I reached at Tirupati on 8th July with my parents and started calling OYO call center to understand whether my booking is confirmed or not and also to understand the land mark of the said hotel where booking is done. However I came to know that the property is sold out from your customer care person and I didn't have any choice to move another hotel without help of OYO or Booking.com.

                                      You didn't have any courtesy to refund my money and sending me this type of mail for rating you without providing any service to your customer. Now I understand that how your organization is working without knowing ground reality.

                                      Please arrange to send me back my money with interest as I took pain while I was carrying my parents from one hotel to another in Tirupati during rainy season.
