[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund of extra amount paid

I booked a hotel on 28th June, but at the time of Check in the hotel said you have to pay for extra, other than the app is showing and directly contacted oyo rooms, they said at time of checkout just pay extra and take the bill from hotel and oyo will refund the amount, I did the same and followed the steps, but now it’s been 22 days but no amount has been refunded to me, In the mail the support wrote it will be reflect in 7-14 days.
