[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund of money | |||||
My name is James Joseph. My booking id is FOZQ2098. I booked for a room at hotel Sol Beso mandrem from 19-22 December 2015. I personally called and enquired about the room to the property directly and the management of the property answered to my question that the rooms for the dates which I booked was already full. Due to inconvenience caused from Oyo rooms I was forced to cancel the room. The refund of rupees 44992 was not credited to my account till.
