I have booked om shanti guest house on 19.7.2019 through debit card during my visit at kolkata. On reaching hotel i asked them to give me the room as per facilities. They said that they have no room left, and ask them to cancell my booking or pay more. I cancelled my order but ask for refund, but i didn't get it till now. Please kindly refund my booking amount. I feel that i have made mistakes by booking the hotel through oyo.
